Article 1 - Identity of the seller

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer.

Article 3 - The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, including the price (in euros, including VAT where applicable) and the expected delivery time. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on the seller.

Article 4 - The contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. The seller confirms the order by email.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have the right to dissolve the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The conditions and exceptions are described in our Return Policy.

Article 6 - Price and payment

Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. The consumer is required to pay the amount due immediately upon ordering.

Article 7 - Delivery

The seller ships across Europe and aims to deliver orders within the period stated on the product page. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary per country. If the delivery time is exceeded, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract if delivery does not take place within a reasonable additional period.

Article 8 - Conformity and warranty

The seller guarantees that the products comply with the contract and with reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. Statutory warranty rights apply.

Article 9 - Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via cmsandiep@outlook.com. The seller will respond within 14 days. Consumers in the EU can also submit disputes via the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
