Daily Deals 42 is a trade name of Daily Season, established in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 87555336. Daily Season is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

What data do we collect?

When you place an order or visit our website, we may process the following data: name, address, email address, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment provider), order history and data about your website visit (such as IP address and cookies).

How do we use your data?

We use your data to process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, provide customer service, improve our website and, only with your consent, send newsletters.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with parties necessary to fulfil your order, such as our payment provider, suppliers and delivery services. As we work with international suppliers, your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; in that case we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
