Shipping & delivery
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe with tracked delivery. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary per product and per country and are stated on the product page. Once your order ships, you receive a track and trace code by email so you can follow your package.
My order is delayed, what now?
First check your track and trace code. If your package is significantly later than indicated or appears lost, contact us and we will look into it right away.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. Consumers in the EU have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive your order. Within this period you may return your purchase without giving a reason. See our Return Policy for conditions and instructions.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
