Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment. You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped, including a track & trace code.

Delivery time

The expected delivery time is stated on the product page and may vary per product and per country. As we work with multiple suppliers, products from a single order may be delivered in separate packages and at different times. You will of course not pay any extra shipping costs for this.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and always shown before you pay.

Shipping area

We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply. These costs are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are at the recipient's expense, unless stated otherwise.

Delays or lost packages

Is your package significantly later than the indicated delivery time, or does it appear lost? Contact us at cmsandiep@outlook.com and we will start an investigation right away. If the package cannot be located, we will send a new product free of charge or refund the purchase amount.
