Return Policy

14-day cooling-off period

Consumers in the EU have the legal right to cancel their order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions

To qualify for a refund: the product must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging where possible, and you must be able to provide a proof of purchase or order number. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken, and products made to your specifications.

How to return

1. Send an email to cmsandiep@outlook.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.
2. You will receive instructions and the return address from us.
3. Ship the product within 14 days. The direct cost of the return shipment is at your expense, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount within 14 days, including the original shipping costs (when returning the complete order), using the same payment method you used.
